Caren Murdock, Central Ohio AGA Chapter President, is the Chief of Internal Audit for the Bureau of Workers' Compensation. She is a certified public accountant, certified internal auditor and certified information systems auditor. Caren has served as assistant Chief Financial Officer for the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, director of internal audit for the Office of the Attorney General of Ohio, special projects manager for the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services, senior auditor for the Ohio Department of Development and staff auditor with the Auditor of State.

Caren graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Caren enjoys gardening, reading and working out.
