Stephen Blann is a Principal with Rehmann Robson, where he heads the firm's government and nonprofit assurance practice for West Michigan .  Stephen has been with Rehmann for 14 years, during which time he has specialized exclusively in the governmental and nonprofit sector.  He has served for six years as an advisor to the GFOA's Standing Committee on Accounting Auditing and Financial Reporting, and for four years as a board member for the Greater Lansing Chapter of the AGA.

Stephen is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) and a frequent speaker for a variety of professional organizations, including the national Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), the Native American Finance Officers Association (NAFOA), the Michigan Association of Community Mental Health Boards (MACMHB), the Association of Governmental Accountants (AGA), and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA).

Stephen resides in East Grand Rapids, MI with his wife (Beccy) and daughter (Kira, age 9).
